MAMA STRATEGY

I will walk you through a trade strategy called MAMA.

Bago yun let’s recap yung ALMA. So sa ALMA we buy and sell whenever mabreak yung ALMA. Kapag nabreak ng candle ang ALMA pataas and ngstay ang candle there we buy. Kapag nbreak ng candle ang ALMA pababa and it stayed there we sell. Simple diba? 

That’s how actual trading should be.

Complicated stuff and indicators should be used lang sa paghahanap or pagfifilter ng stocks. When you’re already in or tinitrade mo na sya make it as simple as possible para mabilis ka makareact sa nangyayare. Balik sa ALMA, if nabreak ng candle ang alma pataas at nagstay there ang candle (given na with good/okay volume ha) we buy then yung cutloss area is always below the Alma line. We sell kapag nabreak ng candle ang alma pababa at nagstay sya dun. Walang but..if.. pag ganun sell na.

 

Now let’s talk about MAMA. We call it mama kasi ALMA plus MACD. MAMA dahil strong indication ito to buy. Parang utos ni MAMA. Here is how we do it. We buy strong (aggressively) kapag nabreak ng candle ang ALMA at the same time ngcross ang blue na line ni MACD na nasa taas ang blue or what we call Bullish crossover. So after makabili yung exit or pagsesell mo is sa pagbreak pa rin ng candle sa alma pababa at magstay siya there.

MAMA is pandagdag conviction. Using MACD with ALMA gives you two indicators screaming na its time to buy plus iwas ka ma fake out.
